made no difference. I was on cigarillo's actually, but I inhaled, so I think it must have been just as bad. I stopped. Didn't help.
Went back to smoking. CH didn't get worse.
Now I have stopped completely. Great for the lungs, lousy for the figure, but he shadows keep[ crowding in and I expect the episode next month.
