I have had several incidents where because of the way I am applying pressure to a certain point on my neck or arms that I have caused my circulation to stop or be reduced to an area, This action caused the numbness, If this isn't the case I would highly suggest you get into the doctor for further evaluation as this sounds like a precursor to a stroke to me?
