As for making THIS board more kid-friendly... even though I myself have posted that more SELF-regulation would be a good thing, I am very wary of starting the slippery slide down the slope towards censorship, through the use of "administrators". And... what about the archives? Any kid smart enought to figure how to work this site would be smart enough to access the archives. It would be a HUGE job to "clean up" the archives.
This is an issue with no easy answers, for sure. Since I don't have kids myself, I don't feel I am qualified enough to offer a solution.
I look forward to seeing more opinions on this important topic.
