You didn't say what you're taking. Do you use any meds as a block? If you're having an (OH MY GOD I'LL KILL MYSELF IF I DON'T GET A BREAK)...attack then you might want to read some of the postings on prednisone. For short periods it works well. Lets you build up your strength to wrestle the beast again. And when all else breaks down, oxygen has almost always bailed me back to a bearable level again. We love you and we're pulling for you. Don't let him get the upper hand.
