I agree with Deb, long words do make a difference.
Also (though I know Lee Kudrow says "Migrainous Neuralgia" is a misnomer), I've been lucky with 2 bosses who've had wives suffering from Migraine. You have to explain the differences/worseness, but it helps to give them a BIT of a handle on the seriousness/severity.
