Thanks Ted, It looks like I'v started a new cycle I think. For the past 3 day's my bouts start at 6:15 each morning where as before it started at 2am. My worse bouts are at work from 6:15 to around 9am. Then I have 15minutes bouts 3 or 4 times before I leave work. My pain never exceeds a level 8. I'm not on any meds yet, I'm waiting until I have my first trip to the ER. I given up driving my car for the time being, cause I have visiual problems along with the head & face pain. Anyway thanks for your works of wisdom....
