I need to print a boat load of those also. I will leave them at the orthodontist (TMJ diagnosis), the eye doctor (didn't need glasses), the allergy specialist (well, I didn't follow up with them), the dentist (wisdom teeth extracted), the chiropractor (they actually helped somewhat), and anywhere else there are likely to be headache sufferers in search of the source of their affliction.
