Living in a different time zone, I am always a bit after the fair. But having read your post (and having wondered at the mysterious bad feelings going on) I can only say:
If I want to look at a picture of you, I go to Bob's pic page.
If I were into wanting to see you naked, I would at least imagine a nice beach, and palms and stuff.
If I were into wanting to see you without hair, I'd look at your picture again and think of the beautiful finely chiseled skull that is beneath that hair.
I don't need other people's hate. If I get any I'll drop it in the electronic waste basket!
