I've read from many people at this site that they've undergone all sorts of dental work, including surgery, that was supposed to get rid of the cluster headaches but never amounted to any help.
Some questions to ask yourself about the dental route:
Why doesn't everybody with the same dental condition as yourself have CHs?
Why doesn't everybody with CHs have the same dental condition as you?
Even though one of the branches from the trigeminal nerve does enter the mouth, how can that be synthesized with the fact that episodics generally have cycles the same time of year and share the trait with many chronics to get it at the same time each day (I don't think that a poor dental condition would act based on our yearly and daily biological clock)?
How would a dental condition give us a larger mass in the hypothalamic region (or, if the egg came before the chicken, How would a larger mass give us a dental condition)?
Just a few points to ponder about your question.
