Hi, I am in week 2 of 6. I have started the spray. Didn't work initially, ran out of my nose, and I was so congested it did not absorb. Now, I am smarter, try this - lay down and hyperextend your neck. Spray the unaffected nostril and lean to the pain side. It still takes too long as far as I am concerned (0 seconds is too long), but it works faster than the pill. Good luck!!!!!
