Been a while since I've got on here and posted. Kind fo just hung around in the background, been busy with work, family, and home life. Decided to try and go med free if I could (really starting to hate a lot of the side effects of the meds). Hasn't done anything to stop the headaches, they're still hitting at least four to six times a day. Got an appoinment with a doc at Stanford who's starting a headache clinic, I hope they can figure something out. This episode has been going strong for eight months--I'm beginning to wonder if it's turning chronic. I sure hope not. I know last night was pure hell, had an attack hit at about 11:00, nothing I had worked on it. My wife was begging me to go to the ER for it. Even that is hell anymore--"Oh, he's just got a headache, he's not dying. We've got someone over here with the sniffles who we should look at first..." Headache finally broke about 1:00 am, passed out from exhaustion. I can't wait for it to all end.
Permanent cure? Yeah, a rapid intercranial injection of a few grams of lead.
