At the age of 63, I still have all 32 of my teeth, with only two fillings. I've never had a toothache in my life. Considering my age, you'll probably never see a better-looking set of teeth. Nevertheless, I've suffered from cluster pain in my right eye, my right cheek, and my teeth since I was nineteen. And, during a cluster attack, the pain in my teeth on the right (cluster) side is so horribly agonizing that I've considered taking a hammer and a chisel and knocking them all out, top and bottom. Only the icepick stabs in my right eye on top of the usual eye agony are are more painful, but those last only for seconds. On the basis of my experience, I'd say that there is absolutely no more cause-and-effect between teeth and cluster pain than there is between eyes and cluster pain or cheekbones and cluster pain or whatever else and cluster pain.
Thank God for Verapamil.
