Just kidding. But really, it is a stupid thing to do.
And have you ever noticed how if the patient has a person with him like a wife or mother they expect you to do all the work - like bathe the patient, etc? When my mother had her teeth removed I changed bloody wads of gauze for hours. I did not mind because it was my dear mother, but I did not SEE a nurse anywhere near. Someone should have been checking on her that was a professional, not a medical incompetant like myself.
