Hi there! My name is Sherry. I have been suffering with these things for about 30 years. I just found this site this morning. Surprised I didn't find it last time I was in a cycle! hehe! I was so excited to find this place! So few people understand the kind of pain involved. I have a very supportive family, but they really could not understand. My husband has wanted so badly to help... but as we all know there is very little of that. He has dealt with my rolling (at night I roll my head back and forth... the rhythym seems to distract me from the pain....sometimes) and my hair pulling and my head beating and I see the sympathy and desperation to help in his eyes... He will be happy to know this place is here. Well, I filled out the questionnaire and I will be visiting here a lot I think. I like your lingo. I always just called them "my one-sided headaches" and categorized them as not bad and nasty. Do any of you sometimes wonder if this kind of pain could lead to permanent damage?? I certainly feel like that sometimes... Especially after a really bad one. Well that is all for now. Feel free to email me if you like!
