Hi,
I'm taking 20 mg of Imitrex in the nasal spray form (well, when I have a severe cluster headache)... and it's very good. Always, I start out with a dull pain behind my left eye, and then I take the medicine. The pain amplifies for about five minutes ... and then all of a sudden ... ahhhh ... it's gone.
