MarkT: I have the same problem which has cause me to give up driving because of the vision problems with dizziness. My doctor said I have what is call Horner's syndrome with the chronic cluster disorder. Check out the internet about Horner's it might help you. Also before my doctor diagnose me with cluster headache syndrome he had some test done to be sure I didn't have Temporal Arteritis this disorder leads to blindness. My symptoms were Pain on the right side of my head that woke me up each morning around 2 or 2:15. Pain in the rigiht temporal area. Burning Pain in the right eye and cheekbone. Because my temporal and eye were symptoms of Temporal Arteritis, he wanted to rule this out as quickly as possible by running some blood work. I would check with you doctor about this and about Horner's syndrome. MaryD
