I can feel your despair, I am so sorry you are having a rough time. I wish there was something I could say or do for you, but the only thing that springs to mind is please hang on in there.
I have two children, and I know what you mean about not being able to care for them 100%, it is so difficult, I just hope that you have an understanding family that is there for you when you are in pain.
