Sometimes I shadow like that all day and don't get a full blown HA. In fact it normally works that way with me. The more I shadow constantly at about a 3 or less... the less likely I am to get a 9 or 10. Sometimes I will get a 5 or 6, but that I can handle. Heres hoping that your shadows remain only shadows!!
