Shy about using the bottle in public - do you realise that the other people are probably even more shy? Illness scares people. They are afraid you will ask aid and they don't know how to deal with it.

If you approach the situation coolly and say in effect something like: No big deal. Just having an attack but I'll be ok in (30 minutes, 2 hrs), whatever, dont worry,' you can often get away with it. Let them see you get white as a sheet, (or is it green with you?) take your oxy, and coolly go back to work again...

Okay, coolly... you'll have to gnash your teeth in silence and hide how bad you still feel, but there's a good chance you'll command respect.

There were some posts on this board not tooo long ago about drinking two supercooled cans of pepsi one after another, and very fast, to abort an attack. And there's the theory of weekend-CH
being caused by lack of coffee, cause if you relax you ned less to pep you up.

But do take sugar! I helped against migraines too, when I still had them.
