I guess Indocin has different effects on different people. My personal experience is that it takes long time (usually 2 days) to have any real effect to ease the pain. I've also found it work better when you take it after dinner. The effect on next day would be more obvious. Otherwise, it just hurts your stomach. Why not try other drugs, such as Celebrex? It's more expensive, but it serves the purpose.
