I have a migrane once a month. They usually start off as flashing lights and then I lose my vision totally. I also occasionly suffer from really bad headaches and vomiting. I find that in both cases imigran helps loads. Usually it kicks in ten to fifteen minutes after I've taken it. But it works best when I'm doing nothing, lying on bed with closed eyes. As such I never have to take paracetamol after taking imigran, but I was warned against doing it by my doctor.
