Booze has never triggered my cluster episodes.
It makes no difference whether I take my daily drink or abstain, when in a cluster episode.
Booze does nothing for or against my clusters. BUT, when I am in an episode and I do some serious drinking I get no clusters that night, just a hangover in the morning.
Sorry, but there it is.
And I do have clusters.
