I've found that when I'm in an episode, my dreams intensify. They seem more real and vivid. They tend to be more frightening but also tend to be more informative. In 'normal life' I'm only concerned with the physical world. What I can touch is real. When I have my clusters, the only advantage I have is that I seem to be more perceptive-real of imaginary. Meds? Could be. It just seems another part of my brain is tapped for info. that normally isn't. My dreams are more livid-color and realism are accentuated. I honestly think that when I'm in a cluster, I spend more of my (although more limited) sleeping time in a dream state. Maybe it is because my brain is trying to overcompensate for lack of hrs. of sleep? I don't know. Just seems so much more vivid. So much more intense, somehow. Write if you experience the same, or have an explanation of why I get this. Thanks.
