Hello All;
After thinking about the implications of strenuous activity as an abortive measure against cluster headaches, I would like to pose the following survey question for all respondent cluster ha sufferers. Please read the following and repond to the entire description as either yes, it sounds like me, or no, it does not:

I was physically active in my youth, more so than many of my other friends.
I enjoyed activities that provided a lot of exercise, even if I didn't think of it as exercise at the time.
Only some of my friends joined me in these activities.
At some point, work (college, marriage, etc.)changed my lifestyle, and I wasn't nearly as physically active.
My personal perception of myself is a person with demonstrated, above average physical capabilities, and although I'm a bit out of shape now, I could trim up as needed in short order.
