I am working down the list of links you sent, Paco, hoping I'll find one article at least that gives an unbiased story. There's an awful lot of nonsense on the internet..
Terry, yes I know that about Vera, but a. I never had it before, b. I take a very low dose at the moment, c. I used to have low bp (years ago) and that felt different.
Be that as it may, I'll not cut down on my Vera. I might try leaving the MSM out for a few days, see what happens.
