I tried a couple of sessions about ten years ago. The Chinese doctor put needles in my head and hands. The second session was during an attack. The pain stopped after about an hour, but I doubt that the needles had any effect except adding to my pain. I still wonder how I was able to lie still during the attack. My personal belief is that acupuncture could help with tension headaches, not clusters. Below is a link to some info.
