Hi Carl,
As you know, drummers and guitar players are completely different. Drummers are not allowed to write the lyrics for bands. As the old joke goes:
"What time is it when your drummer wants to write tunes for the band? Time to get a new drummer."
My band doesn't let me write songs for our band. They just let me play drums.
