I have also been trying acupuncture for my headaches. I get both migraines and ch. The first treatment interrupted a migraine in about 2 minutes. Needless to say i was thrilled, and it has now been almost 6 weeks since I had a migraine. The clusters are trickier. He had my husband bring me over right after a headache started, and was able to reduce the pain level significantly, and I think keep it reduced for about a week. I have gone back twice more, but so far haven't seen any more improvement. Let me know how it goes. Tami
