I am using verapamil for the first time this cycle. My benefits started within two days, but that is not the norm, supposed to be two weeks. However, I started on 240SR 1xd and immediately went to 2xd and that dose is working well.
What dose are you taking? It is ok to start low, but I have seen some on the board that take 960 a day.
