my husband suffers from CH's and he has tired all the medicines out there, especially for migraines and none of them helped. First you need to get him off all of those pain killers, they just mask the problem. My husband has had very good luck with Depakote and Altram, but we had to seek the help of a neurologist to finally find something that helps. It is not a cure by any means, but we can live a normal life.
