I've been having about the same thing since my last cycle of cluster headaches. This is strange!
Droopy eye, constant drainage, very heavy shadow and sinus infections (2) since last cycle. All on the cluster side only. But like you said, knock on wood, no great pain!
Are you to be in remission too?
I go Friday to an ENT doctor. Maybe I better see someone else as he isn't the one who treats me for clusters.
