I have severe migraines. So severe I have to have shots to ease the pain. After having allergic reactions to Imitrex and Zomig, the doctor is trying me on Maxalt-mlt. She gave me 1/2 yesterday in the office to see how I would react. So far so good. I haven't had a really severe headache yet to see if they work for me. I just wonder what the side effects are, if any, and the long term effect of taking them?
