Hi Denice and welcome to our world. You sound just like me,only my first attack starts at 2:15 each morning. I have started a headache diary suggested by Annemaria here at this site. You might want to try this so you'll have more information for you next visit to you doctor. My doctor has titled me as having Horner's Chronic Cluster headache syndrome. Horner's Syndrome has to do with what's happening to your eye, constricted pupil in one eye, drooping eyelid so you look like you haven't slept, flush face, dizziness. I'v stop driving my car because of my visiual problems. I have also experienced an aura before an attack, have you had this happen before. I haven't had any head injuries, but I did have Radioactive Iodine due to 3 tumors in my thyroid gland last July. I began with my headaches in early November and finally went to the doctor for them in March. After some tests I was diagnosed with Chronic Cluster headache syndrome in April with Horner's syndrome. You sound like you have this and maybe have migraines as well. Continue to check out this website and also do some research on migraines and Horner's syndrome. You can have more then two different things going on with you like:Horners,Migraines, and clusters. Start yourself a diary. Write what is happening each day. You'll be amazed what you'll learn about what is going on. Praying for you MaryD
