Good morning all! I hope this post finds you demon free!

I want to post this by itself as it probably was easily over looked last night.

Stephen had a attack last night, around 8 on the kip. Being so hot here the ice in the ice bag melted very quickly and was affording very little comfort. SO I suggested a dip in the pool for Steve. We had just topped it off with some well water so it was very very cold. Steve got in and after he caught his breath, went under water repeatedly about 3 or 4 times. Pains stopped! He got out and we came back inside so he could warm up as he was shivering uncontrolably. The pains returned a few moments later, not as bad but they were back. He went out with hubby for another dip and repeated the process. Pains stopped again and this time they did not return.

Anyone ever hear of any connection between lowering the total body temp and attacks halting in their tracks? I know some prefer or are better helped by heat and some with cold but I did find this interesting. The ice bag always helps but it has never taken away a attack as the dip in the very cold water did. Steve had fun and got better all at the same time!

Waddya think?
