Susan, add my e-mail to the list if I can help - though I too live in the UK. Keep smiling - I know it's hard but it helps. Don't give in to it - that's the easy way out and it won't make it any better. Just remember, when the rest of the world doesn't give a damn about you and your silly headache, WE DO because WE understand.
