I just read Margi's message and went back to the Jan 11 group of messages about light. Since Rich's headache is worse in the winter, we have joked for years that we ought to buy a winter home in South America--so we could have summer all the time. We live in Fla though, so we shouldn't be in such a bad way.
I just realized that since Rich got so bad he hasn't been outside much at all. I'm going to suggest he sit out by the pool in this wonderful 80 degree that we're having and get some LIGHT. I'll let you know if it works. He has been in horrible pain for 3 MONTHS--without one moment of relief. As his mom, I think it's shortening my life also.
