There is help. You need to get to the right doctor and try some medication. I have had great success with verapamil which is a relatively benign medication with few side effects. Studies show that it is effective in preventing attacks in about 70% of all cases. Oxygen is probably the best abortive - no side effects although it can be less than convenient.
