I've been working out almost everyday for the past 5 weeks. I've been doing every type of exercise that works my chest, triceps, biceps, and lateral. But yesterday then I get this strong headaches when I do pull ups. This happens when I'm in my 8 pull-ups but then I have to stop at 10 because the headache is so strong. The headache goes away after I rest for 10 minutes but cannot continue doing hard exercise because my headache will come back again. I can do like 16-20 pull ups with no problem. I always stretch my neck and arms before doing this. I've been told by the people at the gym that it is because I do not have my breathing right. It appears that their right, I think I hold my breathing when I'm doing this. What else can it be.? I do not get any headaches during the day.
