Interesting - I first found out that water helps in the Hospital. I was havine one of my more severe attackes and had to got the Hospital. While I was wainting for medicine - a Nurse set me up with a Saline solution and comment that - that should make me feel better because I was very dehydrated. since then @ attach time I increase water comsumption and decrease ambient tempatures. Keeping myself cool REALLY helps.
