I think Todd gave you some good advice. I will offer one other thing which I know you probably are doing already, since you are a mom who cares enough to seek help. Let him find a safe haven in your strength. Little ones need to feel that the world is a safe place when they are in pain. Being calm and loving can do wonders. When your scared the pain is much worst.
