Mine are usually 8 to 12 weeks but have gone as long as 20. Thought sure i had gone chronic. Thank God i hadn't. (with all due respect to those who are chronic...always in my thoughts) I go with 1200 mg daily lithium while on cycle, oxygen and cafergot for the ones that break thru. Good luck and hang in there.
