The title of the movie is "Pi" (the greek letter used to represent the ratio of the circumference of a circe to its diameter). It's an independent film, unlikely to have been shown in more than a few theaters. But it is on video (just recently). We found it at our local corporate video store. I don't know the name of the director, nor the actors. (Sorry)
