Don, I too have very unusual cycles. Used to be once a year for about a month. The last two years, no specific pattern. For instance, I cycled Nov. & Dec 1999, for about 7 or 8 weeks, off for about six weeks, heavy shadows in Feb., new cycle March thru April, relief for about a month, and lo and behold I started shadowing again in May, with yet another cycle started about a week ago.
I guess I really didn't appreciate having one cycle a year, until I started having CH so randomly.
