the film "Gladiator"...I don't know if there's a connection, I just put it down to getting excited with the film (though WHY that should make a difference I have NO idea!!! I guess I was just clutching at straws!!)
It was quite funny as we didn't know the couple sitting the other side of me. After I finished muttering "ow, ow, OW, OWOWOWOWOWOWOW" and "sh*t, f**ksh*tf**ksh*tf**k" for a few minutes, when the pain stopped I realised he was almost sitting in his partner's lap!!!! Plus, he stayed there for the rest of the movie......and kept giving me worried side long glances till we left at the end!! LOL
