My brother is a chronic sufferer. I am going to tell him to try Tylox, he has tried everything else. Now he takes Vicodin and Stadol which take the edge off but don't give him total relief. We live in Hampton, VA so we are pretty close! Try Dr. Provenzano in York County. He is always willing to write RX for meds that work. 757-879-8119. Write back to let me know how it goes.
