Please keep your spirits up, maybe your doctor will find something that helps. I used to be a manager. I believe the family leave act covers chronic illnesses and you can get up to three months off a year due to illness and cannot be fired. You may need to go to your employers Human Resourses and then have your doctor sign the paperwork. We had several employees covered by this act.
