Sleep apnea also causes CO2 to increase which can cause headaches. I work with many sleep apnea patients. I know they complain of headache but I've not heard of CH. Sleep apnea usually has very obvious symptoms: daytime tiredness, pausing during sleep and snoring. Email me if you would like more info.
