Although the pred. works on the headaches very well, I suggest that it be taken in the morning or the afternoon-it disturbs sleep. I also suggest taking it at the same time each day. I got a headache when I tried to postpone a dose until morning instead of the routine I'd established of 11 pm. I'm still up at 5 am...
