Good idea Q...as long as you live in Texas.
The legislation is exclusive to Texas, and not
applicable at the Federal level.

Q, if you want to try LSD, perhaps just getting
a dose and taking it would be better than involving
and licensed profesional to help you get it and take it.
I would advise against getting politics and the legal
system involved in thse simple things. Remember that
these people must somehow justify their professional
existence, thus tend to drag the subject endlessly
for no reason. If you want it now, take it. If you
want to possibly be able to consider taking LSD perhaps
in two to twenty years from now under the feasible advice
of a licensed member of the Medical Board, and with the
majority approval of the entire body of members in the
US after a national referendum and vote, which eventually and
subsequently taken to the federal goverment for
congress approval....
