I hate to have to say welcome but I am very glad you found us. This is a wonderful group of people and I don't know what I would do without them. I do not suffer from clusters but my 9yr old son does and it's horrible.
He was put on prednisone also and it did help keep his attacks away but the side effects were bad and you can't take prednisone for very long. Just today he was given a perscription for Oxygen which I have learned from this board helps a lot of CH sufferers.
There seems to be a few medications which help people here and those with more experience (unfortunately) will surely come forward and offer their advice and personal experience.
I am sorry to see you here but am forever grateful that these people are here. You will get loads of support from everyone here.
